Careers at Multi Post Social
Updated · Multi Post Social guide
Multi Post Social is built by a small remote team that cares about calm software, honest numbers and plain words. There are no open roles right now. If you would like to hear when one opens, email us with a short note about what you do; we keep a list and write back when a matching role appears.
How we work
We are remote-first. Work happens in writing, asynchronously, across time zones, with a small number of scheduled calls each week. We ship in small releases and write a changelog entry for each one. Everyone talks to customers: engineers answer support tickets on a rotation, and designers read the inbox of feature requests. We would rather build fewer things that work well than many things that need a manual.
We expect clear writing, care for people who use the product, and comfort with saying "I do not know yet". We do not expect heroics, late nights or being online at all hours. A failed post at 3 a.m. is handled by monitoring and a morning fix, not by a person losing sleep.
The roles we hire for, when open
| Role | What the work is | What matters most |
|---|---|---|
| Product engineer | Full-stack features across publishing, inbox, analytics and the API | TypeScript, care for performance and accessibility, writing |
| Platform engineer | Network connections, token lifecycles, queue reliability, security | Reliability thinking, OAuth and API experience, calm under incidents |
| Product designer | Flows, components and copy for the web and mobile apps | Mobile-first design, systems thinking, plain language |
| Customer support specialist | Answering customers, writing guides, feeding the roadmap | Empathy, clarity, curiosity about the networks |
| Content writer | Guides, help center, changelog and templates | Simple words, accuracy, SEO basics |
