Multi Post Social Pricing: Free, Essentials, Team and Agency Plans
Updated · Multi Post Social guide

Multi Post Social pricing is built around one simple unit: the connected channel. You start free with 3 channels and no card. When you need more channels or team features, you pay a flat monthly price for each channel you connect, not for each person who logs in. This page shows every plan, every limit and every billing rule, so you can pick a plan without surprises and change it later without a phone call.
Plans and the full comparison table
Multi Post Social pricing has five plans that cover everyone from a single creator to a large organization. Toggle between monthly and yearly billing to see both prices; yearly billing works out to about two months free. The table under the cards lists every feature and limit, grouped by module, so you can compare the exact thing you care about.

How per-channel pricing works
Most social media tools charge per user seat. That works for large companies and punishes everyone else: a three-person shop pays three times as much as a solo creator for the same five accounts. Multi Post Social pricing turns that around. On Essentials and Team you pay one price per connected channel per month. Adding a teammate on Team costs nothing. Adding a channel costs the same whether one person or ten people post to it.
Multi Post Social pricing also drops per channel as you grow. The first ten channels on Essentials or Team are billed at the standard rate shown on the cards. Channels eleven and up are billed at a lower rate, and the Agency plan bundles ten channels into one flat fee with a fixed add-on price for each channel beyond that. Enterprise plans are quoted on the number of channels, the number of workspaces and the controls you need, such as single sign-on and custom data retention.
Your bill is calculated on the channels connected at the end of each billing day, averaged over the month. If you connect a channel on the 20th, you pay for it only from the 20th. If you disconnect a channel, the charge stops the same day. Nothing on the Multi Post Social bill is tied to how many posts you publish or how many comments you answer.
What counts as a channel
In Multi Post Social pricing, a channel is one social account or page connected to a workspace. One Instagram account is one channel. One Facebook Page is one channel; a second Page is a second channel. One LinkedIn personal profile and one LinkedIn Company Page are two channels. A YouTube channel, a Pinterest business account, a Google Business Profile location, a Bluesky account, a Mastodon account and a Substack publication each count as one.
Threads is connected through its linked Instagram account but is billed as its own channel, because it has its own queue, inbox and analytics. Your Start Page counts as a channel only if you publish posts to it from the composer; a Start Page used only as a link-in-bio page is free on every plan. The channels overview lists what each network allows.
Workspaces do not change the Multi Post Social pricing count. An agency with four clients and three channels each has twelve channels, whether they sit in one workspace or four. Pausing a channel keeps it connected and billed; disconnecting it removes it from the bill and keeps its history for 90 days in case you reconnect.
Which plan fits your team
Multi Post Social pricing plans differ in three ways: the limits on the free plan, the team features that start on Team, and the client features that start on Agency. The quickest way to choose is to answer two questions: how many channels do you run, and does anyone need to approve posts before they go out?
| Who you are | Channels | People | Plan to start with | Why |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Creator or side project | 1 to 3 | 1 | Free | Everything you need to post consistently and answer comments |
| Freelancer or consultant | 4 to 8 | 1 | Essentials | Unlimited posts, full analytics, first comment and hashtag groups |
| Small business with a marketer | 3 to 10 | 2 to 5 | Team | Approvals, roles, branded reports; users are free |
| In-house marketing team | 10 to 30 | 5 to 20 | Team | Per-channel pricing stays flat as the team grows |
| Agency with clients | 10 and up | Staff plus clients | Agency | Client workspaces, approval links and white-label reports |
| University, enterprise or regulated company | Many | Many | Enterprise | SSO, audit logs, custom retention, invoicing |
If you are between two plans, start with the lower one. Upgrading takes effect at once and you only pay the difference for the rest of the cycle, as explained below. The team collaboration guide shows which approval and role features arrive with Team.
Cost examples
The Multi Post Social pricing examples below use the standard monthly rate on the cards and yearly billing. Your own bill depends on the exact number of channels at the end of each day, so treat these as a guide, not a quote.
| Setup | Channels | Plan | Monthly cost | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Creator: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube | 3 | Free | $0 | Within the free limit; 10 scheduled posts per channel |
| Freelancer: 5 accounts | 5 | Essentials | $25 | 5 × $5 per channel |
| Small business: 4 accounts, two people | 4 | Team | $40 | 4 × $10; the second user is free |
| Marketing team: 15 channels | 15 | Team | About $135 | 10 at $10, 5 at the reduced rate |
| Agency: 4 clients, 3 channels each | 12 | Agency | $97 | $85 for 10 channels plus 2 × $6 |
| Agency: 8 clients, 4 channels each | 32 | Agency | $217 | $85 plus 22 × $6, unlimited users and clients |
Compare Multi Post Social pricing with seat-based tools and the difference grows with every teammate. A six-person team on Team pays for channels only; the sixth person costs the same as the first: nothing.
Two details make the examples easier to predict. First, the channel count is measured at the end of each day, so a channel connected for a week of testing and then removed adds only seven days of its rate. Second, the reduced rate from the eleventh channel applies to the whole month’s average, not to specific channels, so you never need to decide which channel is "the cheap one". Your Settings → Billing screen shows a live estimate of the next invoice based on today’s channels, and it updates the moment you connect or disconnect one.
What the Enterprise plan adds
Enterprise is for organizations with many brands, strict access rules or legal requirements around data. On top of everything in Agency, it adds single sign-on with SAML so access follows your company directory, an exportable audit log, custom data retention, advanced listening with longer history and competitor benchmarks, a dedicated success manager who knows your setup, and invoice billing with purchase orders. Channel counts, workspaces and API limits are agreed in the contract rather than measured daily, which makes budgeting predictable for a finance team.
Enterprise quotes are based on four things: the number of channels, the number of workspaces, the controls you need and the length of the contract. Write to the sales address with those four numbers and you receive a written quote within five business days. A trial of the Enterprise controls can be arranged in a sandbox workspace before any contract is signed.
The 14-day trial
Every paid plan in Multi Post Social pricing starts with a 14-day trial. You do not enter a card to begin. During the trial you get the full plan: unlimited scheduled posts, the complete inbox, full analytics history, listening streams and, on Team and Agency, approvals and client workspaces. Two limits protect new accounts from abuse: trials can publish up to 20 posts per channel per day, and bulk CSV upload opens once a card is added.
Three days before the trial ends you receive an email and a banner in the app. If you add a card, the plan continues and the first charge happens on day 15. If you do nothing, the workspace moves to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is deleted: posts beyond the free limit stay in the queue but stop publishing until you upgrade or remove some, and analytics older than 30 days are hidden, not erased. You can start a trial on a different plan later if you have not used that plan's trial before.
Billing, payment methods and taxes
Multi Post Social pricing is billed in USD, monthly or yearly, on the day you subscribe. Yearly billing is charged once up front at the yearly rate and renews on the same date next year. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards, and PayPal. Yearly Agency and Enterprise plans can be paid by invoice with bank transfer; monthly plans need a card or PayPal.
Taxes are added where the law requires: VAT in the European Union and the United Kingdom, GST in Australia, Canada, India, New Zealand and Singapore, and sales tax in US states that tax software. Businesses in the EU and UK can enter a valid VAT number in Settings to have the tax removed under the reverse-charge rule. Every invoice shows the channel count per day, the rate, the tax line and your company details; download them from Settings at any time or have them emailed to a finance address.
If a card payment fails, we retry three times over ten days and email you after each attempt. The plan keeps working during those ten days. After that the workspace moves to Free until a payment succeeds, with the same no-deletion rule as the end of a trial.
Upgrades, downgrades, proration and refunds
Multi Post Social pricing changes are simple. Upgrades apply immediately. You are charged the difference between the two plans for the remaining days of the current cycle, and the new price starts at the next renewal. Downgrades apply at the end of the current cycle, so you keep what you paid for. If the lower plan has limits your workspace exceeds, for example more users than Essentials allows, the app shows exactly what needs to change before the downgrade date.
Switching from monthly to yearly applies immediately and credits the unused part of the current month. Switching from yearly to monthly applies at the yearly renewal. Adding or removing channels never needs a plan change; the daily channel count handles it.
Refunds: if you cancel a monthly plan, you keep access until the end of the paid month and are not charged again. Yearly plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first payment. After that, yearly plans are not refunded for unused months, but you can switch the remaining value to a different workspace. Charges made in error, such as a duplicate payment, are always refunded. Write to billing support with the invoice number.

Nonprofit and education discounts
Multi Post Social pricing gives registered nonprofits and charities a discount on Essentials, Team and Agency. Apply from the nonprofit page with your registration number; approval usually takes two business days and the discount applies to the next invoice. Schools, colleges and universities can apply for the same discount through the higher education page. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers and are reviewed once a year.
Students and educators using the product for coursework can use the Free plan, which has no time limit. Open-source projects and community groups that need more than three channels can email us; we review these one by one.
Pricing on mobile and in the apps
Multi Post Social pricing is the same everywhere: the mobile apps are included in every plan at no extra cost, and the same account works on the web, iOS and Android. Plan changes made in the app use the same billing as the web; we do not sell separate in-app subscriptions, so there is never a higher app-store price. If you manage your account mostly from a phone, the Settings screen shows your current channel count, the next invoice date and a one-tap link to your invoices.

Safe use and billing security
Multi Post Social pricing is designed to be safe to pay for. Card details are handled by a payment processor and never stored on Multi Post Social servers. Only the workspace owner and admins can see invoices or change the plan; contributors and clients cannot. We never ask for card numbers by email or chat. If you receive a message asking you to "update billing" through a link, check that the address is multipostsocial.com before you click, and report it to the security team. Pricing and plan terms can change; existing subscriptions keep their price until the next yearly renewal, and we announce changes at least 30 days ahead on the changelog.
Card payments are processed under the PCI Security Standards by the payment processor, which is why card numbers never reach our servers.
